...or when the GOP held both chambers and the presidency and could have passed a bill through a congress to be signed by ge President not 6 months ago.

The POTUS has the legal authority to declare a national emergency when it is a national emergency and what's happening at our southern border is a national emergency and has been a national emergency for decades.
No, it isn't.

Roberts will vote against it if it makes it to the Supreme Court.

It will be an easy win for true Americans - he's just said it's not a big enough emergency to enact immediately, he can wait two weeks.
President Trump brilliantly decided to open the government and wait 3 weeks in order to force the Dums to negotiate and come up with a compromise that would provide a reasonable amount of money for the wall.

Plus, his emergency powers are intended for when Congress wouldn't have time to act - Congress will have 3 weeks to not approve the wall.
If congress doesn't approve a bill that would provide a reasonable amount of money to pay for the wall then they will not have acted to prevent the national emergency.

But thousands of Americans are dying. Why are we waiting? This isn't political anymore - literally thousands of people are dying and many more are going to die because of his waiting. Doesn't he care about the lives lost?

I wish someone would just challenge the court's jurisdiction period. The Constitution declares three equal branches of government and the powers are clearly divided therein.
Places where the law clearly says the President has authority to do certain things he should just tell the courts to suck it, they have no jurisdiction. What are they going to do?
Someone needs to break these little tyrants' seizure of powers they were never intended to have. This is as good a time as any.

That reasonable amount of money: $0. You get nothing.

There is no national emergency, as evidenced by Trump not doing it his first 2 years in office and even now delaying it by 3 weeks. Congress merely chose not to enact an insane campaign promise that he used to rile up some idiots.

I already found the "Loch Ness" monster in SF Bay and have the evidence to prove it.

Calm your jets, REEEEEing won't help you. He will just order the Corps of Engineers to build it, it'll be big and beautiful and you'll like it.

He is Commander in Chief of the Military, which includes the Corps of Engineers. He can order them to build the wall and there is money that can be used.

If the Dums offer $0 then they will look stupid since that will give President Trump a reason to declare a national emergency.

If you don't see the national emergency that exists now because of the facts I just posted then you are the idiot.

I mean, it will at least temporarily get locked up in the courts. A federal district court will end up issuing a stay on Trump’s order, the 9th Circuit will uphold the stay, and it will have to make it to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court would have the option to lift the stay temporarily, pending exhaustion of the appeals process.

I've shown my first video to many people and my other two videos to several people. I've even made a new DVD of the best portions of my first video which I've enlarged the images four times and slowed the speed down from normal speed to 1/8 normal speed. I've also included a find edges analysis of the best portions of my first video on the new DVD which I've already shown to several people and am in the process of showing it to other people who will at least look at it with an unbiased eye.

I do, too. It's about time we had another civil war in this country. You and your ilk will be so much easier to handle when you're dead.
