When in the hell were average Americans free from the heavy handed treatment of going to jail on trumped up charges??? The answer is never….it’s a case of it hasn’t happened to me so it doesn’t happen. Jails, prisons, the parole system and cemeteries are full of folks who have been railroaded into them. The difference here, and the only difference, is it rarely happens to the wealthy and connected. There has NEVER been a requirement that a person commit a crime to find themselves at the mercy of the machine in this country….

What they did not do is deny it for months on end, claim they could declassify documents by thinking about it, or somehow drain their poor into a server room that could prove innocence or guilt. That seems like a big difference.

Based on what? Reports from the MSM? Selective grand jury leaks from Trump's political enemies? People like you are what's wrong with this country. You slurp what you're told by legacy media and automatically assume someone charged with a crime is guilty.
