Money really isn’t an issue for me to go anywhere on this planet.
It’s the arbitrary monolithic restrictions that are the issue so I can’t go anywhere I want.

I have always maintained that if, given a choice, I’d ride out the end of the world on a certain beach tucked beneath a small Islamic grave yard on the southern coast of Cuba. By far the most beautiful, tranquil, place I have ever been......and the fishing ain’t bad! Can’t get there though in the best of times simply with money...... the state has to agree to let you go.......and it is nearly impossible to arrange that. I’d pack in as much rum and as many cigars as I could get, everything ever written by Hemingway and Faulkner, a five weight nine footer and lots of shrimp and crab patterns and live perfectly content never hearing another babbling human voice again..........there a couple of spots in Micronesia I’d also consider, a couple in Thailand and possibly one in Columbia. But alas looks like it’s the PNW for now! Oh well....the smallies will be hungry in a couple of weeks.......

Sabi Sands Game Reserve in South Africa. Stay at one of those luxury resorts. Spend my next few weeks doing game drives.
