It's a bridge. How much, exactly, do they think it's going to cost to repair? $4.5 Trillion Trillion Trillion dollars?

"Well, we finally got our reparations."

"Great, how'd you do it?"

"Well, turns out that if a bridge is accidentally destroyed, then the government will rebuild it, and in the process, give us the reparations we are due. So we got to thinking... and ... one thing led to another... "

"But there aren't any bridges left"
