If institutional racism and white supremacy

are the main reasons why many blacks struggle in America in most important statistics like poverty, crime, children out of wedlock, and education, why are there no thriving, first-world majority-black countries in Africa?
In most of these countries the white population is almost zero. If racism and white supremacy is real and a problem, shouldn't these nearly 100% black countries be utopias with millions of American blacks trying to immigrate there every year? Shouldn't we see many black Americans living now in Africa thriving and developing more wealth than they did in the USA?
Watching the Louisville BLM protests just got me thinking.

While I agree with you that their issues are not largely to do with any kind of white privilege or racism, the Africa thing you mentioned can be somewhat blamed on other countries propping up local war lords. The UN has been doing this for years. Hell, you can blame the Somalian war in the 1990s directly on the UN.

I think the more pertinent question to this theory is why do other ethnic groups including 1st generation immigrants from Asia, Cuba, and Latin America seem to rise at a much faster pace. Are we to assume institutional racism only effects one classification of minority?

Shhhhhh! We’re trying to convince them to surrender their passports and emigrate to Wakanda or Zamunda.

I just want to understand why there’s institutional racism in New Orleans and Atlanta. Democrats have been in charge there since the 1870s.
Is it because they don’t give a frick about solving the problem or are they too stupid to solve the problem.
I hope a lib will splain it to us.

Defenders will say colonialism, but will have no answers for the pre-colonial lack of success. One could argue that most of the infrastructure in Sub-Saharan Africa is actually a result of Colonialism.

It's all about human nature. This might explain it.
Your kid is in Little League. He sits the bench and strikes out when he gets his turn at bat. You ask the parents 'what's wrong'? They have two choices:
a. 'He sucks at baseball.'
b. 'The coach doesn't like him.'
Blacks choose 'b.'

Most of the main examples of "systemic racism" that people come up with are managed by the local level of government yet majority black cities continuously suffer from this issue.
Odd.
Odd.

It's not even an argument. It's a fact.

I think this is an excellent point. Nomadic societies vs the industrial revolution. Mud huts vs steel skyscrapers. Lack of written languages vs Shakespeare.
