She could have had four SC justices and over 200 Fed District and Appeals Court judges appointed in her four years
No Gorsuch, No Kavanaugh, Plus Ginsburg and Breyer (Assuming he retired under a Dem Pres)replacements

Actually, Obama left all those judge seats vacant because M. McConnell didn't go forward with the process for filling them. Cocaine Mitch knew what he was doing and it worked bc Trump won.

According to Dems those were vacancies that the Republican led Senate wouldn't take up in the final year of lamest of lame ducks Barack Obama's term. Which seems a bit of a tall tale.....all those many vacancies came about in that one final year? C'mon maaaaaan. Obama just wasn't taking care of his shite.

nah - I think he just didn't want to 'settle' for a 'kinda-biased' judge that could make it thru the GOP Senate - He knew that with HRC would most likely be accompanied with a clean sweep of all the congress critters. With control of all 3 branches, HRC could put forth the most radical pieces of shite imaginable = Here comes Justice Maxine Waters, etc.

I suppose it's possible but that's easily the most reckless political gamble I've ever heard of. It's a tough sell. At the same time.....given the heights of their arrogance then and now, there's not much that would surprise me.
