Maybe they should pay their workers more. Soon McDonald's will be making more than a LPN/MA. Don't forget about all the furloughs and layoffs, during the "worst pandemic ever"
How about we discuss the things they could fix in their profession, huh?
Let's start with these two doctors who say 98% of ppl in ER are non Vax. Prove it, don't tell it to us without showing data. Would they / are they making decisions this way, without data or true numbers? Hope not.

Hmm, your sources and picture cropping looks a little different this time - quoting McDonald’s corporate instead of indeed.
Could it be because indeed.com lists the McDonald’s average at $8.10 - rendering your entire argument moot?

A CNA is a job a high school graduate can perform. That is a good hourly rate to fetch patients from the waiting room, get vital signs, and write down the chief complaint.

Uhhh… you do know that many if not the majority of doctors these days are employed by hospitals or healthcare care corporations and have almost zero say in the hiring and salary of nurses and staff.
Hell doctors salaries are getting cut left and right due to poor reimbursement while hospital execs are making serious bank (the low paid ones are easily at 750k).

Yeah 15 for cna was pretty high for me. I'm going off of my rural locations. Which makes it look even worse for larger markets.

McDonalds in Jackson Hole was paying $1000 signing bonus and $25/hr.

You forgetting about nursing homes and Healthcare facilities? Tbh I'm sure the hospitals have seen some shite, but avg age is 70 and cnas do well more work, pretty much all of it in facilities.

Okay, go do an associates at a cc or LPN program. They make ~$18. That takes two years. So worth 3 dollars more after 2 years improvement
