The abortion rate among Black women is roughly four times the abortion rate among White women.
Why wouldn’t the racist Right want more Blacks to have abortions and even sponsor and lobby for bills to make sure there is free abortions especially for lower income Blacks?

Maybe because they believe that abortion is wrong, morally and not a tool to dilute racial demographics, like you frame it to be.
