SFP trying to make the case that “because there is no body you can’t prove murder!”

Unfortunately for him, we do that all the time…and often with only circumstantial evidence.

You're not making a very good point.

The DEMs almost always win the popular vote. 2020 was no different.

2024 was the outlier, for reasons already discussed.

In a state that already had MIV and ballot harvesting and no reason to cheat.

Yes, it's an argument against the steal

You haven't presented a missing person that may have been murdered yet, is the more appropriate metaphor.

Oh no the crime has very specifically be alleged. My metaphor is spot on.

Were you aware that the conviction rate for murder cases without a body are actually higher than when there is a body? Pretty interesting factoid I must say,

anomaly

Due to mass mail in voting the 2020 presidential election was an anomaly and it’s how Biden and Trump received 81 and 74 million votes respectively. You are making his point for him. Neither candidate comes close to those numbers in 2020 without mail in voting.

You're alleging "a murder" not that a person is missing and may have been murdered.

There is a large difference.

Please try and pay attention, the metaphor involves you attempting to disprove murder because there is not body.

Naw. Even giving you the assumption that your allegations are true (About the internet connection), you have to show the specific fraud you're alleging.

That's not an accurate metaphor.

You're assuming the fraud/murer happened, which makes the metaphor inapplicable.

A. It’s a metaphor
B. In this metaphor, the murder is alleged, your client is charged, and your defense is that there is no body so there is no murder and my client is innocent.
C. Please try and pay attention.

The voting machines that “election officials” and “experts” say aren’t capable of connecting to the internet are in fact capable of connecting to the internet. Which means anyone can remotely access the machines. Which means the machines are compromised. That alone disqualifies all machines capable of connecting to the internet and calls into question any result using those machines. Pretty easy to follow that logic.

I know it’s difficult for a dui lawyer to follow basic logic. I literally took a couple conlaw classes in college and I’m better at making logical arguments than you.
Not surprising you have so much free time during the work day. Only dumbasses who want to lose would hire you.

I can tell you’re a dui defense lawyer because you never make any sound arguments yourself. Just nitpick dumb irrelevant shite to muddy the waters.

Have you missed the last 6 years of people denying the legitimacy?

Have no excuse. You didn't 'miss it' - you defended it.

Be honest - how do you compare the quality of demands by conservatives for an honest inspection of the procedures and decisions that occurred during the 2020 election

and

the constant false flags - certainly with respect to the two trump impeachments that were pressed to the max by every DEM institution and most media.

AS IN = can you really define a single DEMOCRAT policy initiative that is not DIRECTLY equivalent to "ANYTHING to ATTACK Trump"

Democrats have been completely stagnant except for stuff that would get Trump out of office or into prison. They have NOTHING else. Not sure how they are going to deal with the communists in their tent - so far they are kissing the commie's asses - except for Fedderman.

OH - bout to forget the J6 disaster = where are hordes of pelosi-paid protesters and hundreds of FBI agents in the crowd acting as agitators - especially the one guy they have on TV opening the gates for the admission of a crowd.

And WHY is it that for my past dozen years the 99th percentile of ALL political protests are Democrat slime attacking law enforcement personnel, while nothing but the 'implied' transgressions by LEOs are heralded.

PS = ICE is a federally established organization chartered by CONGRESS to rid the nation of ILLEGAL ALIENs. ICE is doing its JOB - all the while being personally attacked and politically harassed/threatened by DEMOCRATs - while ONLY cases where an ICE agent is forced to protect HIS life is publicized IF his actions have some TV-worthy film clip for TV to use as an attack.

WHY IS THAT??

I already said for the purposes of this conversation I was giving you that. Why repeat it?

You could have video of a room of nerds changing every vote and he still wouldn’t acknowledge the obvious fraud.
Keep in mind, he’s not here to reach a consensus on “the truth”. He’s here to compete in mental judo and when he’s cornered he will resort to gif warfare and assemble an army of straw men to join him.

The voting machines being designed to where they can be remote accessed IS THE FRAUDULENT ACTION.

You seriously think the justice department hasn’t gotten access to the machines? You seriously think they haven’t been building a RICO case for years?

You’re a naive idiot.
