That ended in Minnesota...probably with good reason by the Feds. Will see what happens here.

Agree from the only video that is circulating. Maybe the ICE agent will claim something that we can't see or hear.
As with the Pretti video, IF there were exculpatory bodycam footage, we would have seen it by now.
If DHS ever comments on the details, I wonder what they will even claim. My guess---like Good and Pretti---we won't hear a peep from the Feds other than "we're investigating."

ABC now has a good video showing the actual arrest with Texas law enforcement assisting Perez out of the vehicle. No foot chase.
The injury didn't look THAT severe. Maybe it was just a fragment of something that caught Perez in the back.

So he was not running with his feet and refused to stop the car, after his vehicle being hit by a law enforcement vehicle to stop a deadly car street chase that Texas DPS were in route to assist. Austin leftist's are trying to hard on this one.

Not even DHS is going to claim this was a "deadly car chase." They have to be cooking up some theory about how Perez was an imminent threat.

Under the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution Article VI, Clause 2 Federal Law is the supreme law of the land.

Point is the leftist mayor folks yesterday were claiming the illegal was fleeing on foot and shot in the back. Today's video shows DPS helping him out of the vehicle without identifying if the injury is due to a bullet or glass fragment.
"is it legal in all circumstances". So you accept that shooting a vehicle in SOME circumstances is acceptable.

I didn't know about the claims of him fleeing on foot.
