The Feds won't complete a public investigation, just like they won't with Good or Pretti. I'm just trying to save people time.
Besides, many don't need anymore facts than he is alleged to be an illegal alien; therefore, the shooting is justified.

Exactly. That's why I don't get the fuss over an investigation. The Democrats are crazy. ICE totally follows the well-established law that anyone resisting arrest can be shot. No questions asked.

A big part of the problem. Under the biden administration he gave out work permits to over 2.17 million illegals, once they have that permit they can get a social security number and voila they can go to work, start up learing centers and get medicare money, etc.
His lawyer says as far as she knows he legally entered the US and "had" a work permit. You hear this often in these cases.
Sounds like he did not show up for a court date, was issued a final removal and his permit removed.
DHS really needs to start leaning on Door Dash, Grubhub, etc for timely verification of work permits because it sounds like they are not making certain these people have not had it revoked.
By the way he was not shot in the back of the head or neck, he was shot in the torso and has been removed from the hospital to ICE detention, so it obviously was not too serious. And the lib politicians are screaming not to remove him from the country.

Yeah, from what I saw he was shot twice in the back, which cuts against the self-defense argument.
Has it been established that he is no longer under hospital care? He can still be in "ICE custody" and remain hospitalized. They won't let his lawyer see him.
