I've hired people thru E-verify and it says "you can hire but we are not sure they are legal at this time". That sucks!!!!! Give me a for sure answer.

I-9’s buddy. Stop defending the actions of companies that don’t following procedure. Everyone is supposed to have an I-9. You would know if they are illegal or not.

Arresting the working non criminals is a mistake imo.
I know it’s going to piss a lot of people off but it’s a mistake. Let them stay. We are not going to be able to restaff all these positions.
