Because it would have sealed his fate. He would know that it would only guarantee that he would be hunted down and executed. It would not have changed any outcome of the war.
Nazi Germany had chemical and biological weapons as well and likewise did not use them, even though they viewed the war as existential and the regime fought until they were totally exhausted and personally destroyed.
It's also plausible that he moved them out of Iraq prior to the invasion to escape culpability. Again, there was no reason for Saddam to believe unequivocally at the outset that he would be captured and hanged as a result of the military campaign. The United States had already invaded Iraq once and left Saddam in power.

Oh he had WMD's, especially nerve agents. Regarding the nuke material, if Iraq had it, there was no way for them to deliver it with a missile but possibly a Madem, Statem, or Tatem in a briefcase or suitcase.
It was a perfect time for disinformation, but it was very clear to that part of the world how quickly the USA could establish its presence and authority.

I'm talking about nuclear material. Personally, I think he had it and was trying to develop it into bombs. THAT is the only reason that he wouldn't have just let the weapons inspectors in rather than get the f*ck bombed out of him and be on the run (and then KILLED).

That's one possible explanation...but, of course, he WAS hunted down and executed.

When McCain‘s own campaign team refused to put Sarah on conservative talk radio , GOP friendly shows, that made zero sense. We soon found out after he lost that the entire campaign team was vehemently anti Sarah because she wasn’t full on gay friendly. She was too conservative for them.

You can think whatever you want but your poor logic in arriving at your conclusion has been demonstrated.
Saddam may or may not have had stockpiles, he certainly postured as though he did, but the fact that they weren’t used when we invaded in no way suggests that he therefore didn’t have them.
