It was proven AT&T had millions of hours of recorded phone calls.

I would guess that it is something more to do with some sort of highly specific cell location data mining if they are in fact doing something together.
Early voting patterns are already public record, all you need to do is track people heading to the polls on election day.
Anything more specific would be illegal.

I am staunchly against private invasion, listening where you have no business, invasion of citizens lives, tracking and more than I can express in a short post. I hate the police/tech state yall now want for "our side". I will die on this hill. Yall join the other side.

And then turned into a tool by the democrats for spying on Americans. It was passed after 9/11.

Yes, I’m aware it was enacted by GWB and used by every President since.

It feels I'm being interviewed by the MSP.

I pray Trump wins, for Elons sake.

in certain scenarios and situations where our lives are on the line, YES, we need to do what they do to us!
are we supposed to roll-over and allow another steal when it’s all on the line this time????
the entire world is hoping and praying DJT wins because the worlds freedoms are at complete risk!
i travel abroad a whole lot, and i haven’t met anyone that isn’t pulling for Trump to win!
So YES, this situation, we need to play dirty like they do! and like other posters mentioned, if you run a “business”
and within that business, “you see illegal activity, you don’t just turn a blind eye”.
your either naive or have not been involved in anything significant in your life! OR your a closet Liberal!

W is one smart guy.
The NSA was when formalized spying began in 1952, so W invented the department when he was SIX YEARS OLD, WOW.
For the last friggin time, the Patriot Act put lipstick on a pig, it was a pig long before that.

Flase. I was reprimanded at a previous job based on an internal email between me and a coworker bashing our boss. Those emails were 100% discovered by reading employee's emails. Do you have time to read every email? No. Do you have the capability of running key word searches on emails and filtering certain ones? Yes.

Don’t make excuses for the guy. Semantics doesn’t make him less of a piece of shite. Now we have the Patriot Act while we have open boards and give the Taliban millions of dollars.

There is something definitely brewing this cycle. I honestly think conservatives aren't going to stand by if she wins.
If the Dems could announce "unrest" if they lose, I guess the Repubs could also.

Agreed, something similar to what True the Vote was trying to do in the last election. Given how fast tech has moved Id bet its much more advanced.
Checking cell phone activity of the same phone visiting various voter drop boxes many times and then the central location they keep returning to in order to collect more ballots for delivery.

LSU84,
Long long before the Patriot Act the US had some of the largest listening posts in the world collecting data, or rather the Brits collected it, gave it to the Canadians who then gave it to our government.
Since the brits were the ones "listening" and the canadians "gave" it to us, it was not illegal to obtain the information on US citizens. The PA just stopped all that nonsense and allowed the govt to collect here at home.
