Congrats! I hope it didn't cost you too much money.

I think I've asked this before but I can't remember your response. Are you and your brother twins?

you may have won, but I seriously doubt it changes anything.

Meh, I've had to wait for this ruling but now that I have it I intend to hire an attorney and go to court over the illegal acts committed by the Arts Commission and the City of SF.

Anyone in this thread who ridicules me about what I'm doing is just an un-American schmuck.

The ruling has already changed everything.

Violating the Brown Act is not a good thing to do.

What do you want the courts to do for you?

There are a lot of things I want the court to do but the first thing I will be doing is getting the court to stop the enforcement of all the new Street Artist Program policies that were illegally implemented by the Arts Commission.

That’s called injunctive relief.

Anything else?

Several other things including conspiring to deny the due administration of the law and the embezzlement of public funds by a public official.

The SF City Attorney. the SF Controller, the SF Arts Commission and former SF Board of Supervisors have been covering it up for years and I have been collecting the evidence for years.

This last ruling was all I was waiting for before I could go on the offensive.

Oh, I’m sure it’s monumental and will be the subject of study for years to come.

Don't you think it's monumental to be able to prove that a public agency and pubic officials conspired to obstruct the due administration of a law passed by the people because they wanted to cover up the embezzlement of public funds by a public official?

It's a good act. Wonder how many times a day it's disregarded and abused in California.

Glad you won.

What’s your evidence of embezzlement? That’s a pretty serious accusation.

So what does the street artists program do? Is it like a Union for artists?
