I wonder this as well. They are not honorable humans and have very poor judgment which isn’t a quality I would like in a judge. It’s scary to think about these arrogant assholes being put in charge of anything.

I've said mean things online. I also will affirm that they were my honest feelings at the time. I'm a human being. I've said mean things to people I love. It doesn't mean I don't love them. It means I'm an a-hole from time to time. But generally speaking, I'm a nice guy. Nobody's perfect.

Watching Kennedy work during these hearings is so impressive. The accent/demeanor is initially disarming and the next thing you know you're drowning in a sea of 'umms' and 'ahhs' while Kennedy is squeezing you like a boa. That nominee was like the frog that gets boiled alive because he doesn't realize the water is heating up.
