So you’re likely just trolling but here is the difference.
In one instance it was a legal hypothetical about the separation of powers and check and balances (which by the way it would be up to Congress to charge the president and the Senate to convict). In the other there was an actual operation carried out. The coincidence that Trump wasn’t at home doesn’t matter.
There was actual orders in place authorizing a political opponent.

No, they are not. One is a legal issue, the other moral.
Trump is saying it was morally bad for Biden to send in the fbi with kill orders, not that it was illegal. In the court case, they are arguing that using seal team 6 to kill a citizen would be legal. Morality was not a part of that equation.
