You misrepresented what Trump's lawyer stated to a question by a justice. Trump's lawyer expressed what is written in the Constitution. Reread his answer without leaving out key phrases and compare how it mirrors the Constitution.
The discussion was about an official Presidential act. For example, a President ordered a killing of a US citizens involved in a terror organiztion. IsThat President ordered the killing of a US citizen but it was thought to be an official act. So yes under certain circumstances a President can order a kill shot. This isn't theory. It has been done in our recent history.
So the question is whether the act is official. History indicates that a kill shoot under certain circumstances can be A-Okay.
Congress decides what is official through the impeachment process IMO

Liberal Democrats are the most hypocritical people in the world especially the limousine liberal class. Projection is your main tool. You commit all the same offenses you accuse us of. “Trump is going to arrest and jail his opponents, lol?” A liberal judge, a liberal jury in a 90% liberal Democrat Manhattan area is sending Trump to jail. Biden’s former DOJ lawyer Matthew Colangelo took a lesser job and worked with Alvin Bragg to make sure Trump would end up in jail. It was never going to go any other way. You personally would jail every Trump supporter if you had the power. I have zero doubt in my mind. You would criminalize my beliefs as a Conservative. I wish you no harm and just want to be left alone. You absolutely wish physical harm on me and other conservatives, but we are evil.
