Except Obama was right. Just two weeks ago border agents in AZ made the largest fentanyl bust in history. 254 pounds, or enough to kill tens of millions of people. Just in May of last year, another 120 lbs had made it as far as Nebraska before getting caught.
That's just the fentanyl. In late December, border agents seized 7 million in meth and heroine in one bust. But we don't have a national emergency at the border, bro.

You can pretty much guarantee that his returns are legally legit by the mere fact that he wasn’t immediately indicted in November of 2016.

As much as it pains me to say it, for perhaps the first time i recorded history JJDoc is not entirely wrong on this limited point. The section 284 money is not tied to the NEA.
I do not think that Trump’s big, beautiful 30-foot concrete Wall (or any of its bastard offspring) would be authorized by section 284, but that is a different topic.
