What I don't like is the constant gotcha headlines with no basis. In no reasonable forum is a judge compromised by what his wife posts on the internet unless it's pics of him engaged in unethical behvior.

Just for the record, do you think this judge is interested in a fair trial in this case?

Good job Laura

This is why I followed you before there was any talk of the 2024 election. I just wish you hadn’t gone off the deep end.

The relevant question is can you prove it?

This is exactly what all normal people are dealing with. This is what all useful idiots say or what they are being paid to say.

I'm just asking your opinion. If you don't have one that's ok

When you say "may have", give me like a % chance...

Like how confident are you this makes any difference?

You're not. You are attempting a gotcha. My opinion is not relevant to whether this crushes the New York case. I don't believe it does.

May not have killed the trial but it sure as frick made any verdict a dead letter by setting it up for an automatic appeal and reversal.

I’m 100 percent confident it makes a difference.

What difference would that be?

Let me be more specific, how confident are you this ends the trial? Which is what the OP is suggesting.

I'll say it, I think those chances are in the less than 1% range.

Agreed. But that doesn’t mean you can’t answer a simple question.

What is relevant is the code of judicial conduct which discusses family members and impartiality. It even discusses appearances of impropriety. Having the judges wife post these things DURING trial gives a lot of credence to a violation of section 100.3 of the judicial code.

Now, stop being a pussy and answer that man’s question.

Let's put it this way,

if a potential juror was in the same situation as this judge, that juror would be removed from the panel in a New York minute.

See above. I agree. This damages trial will not end, but it makes a world of difference for the appeals process.

Do you think Trump is getting a fair trial?
