The 2018 Senate map is a bloodbath for the Dems. I'm not expecting any SCOTUS members to die before then anyways.

Lol, you're in fantasy land if you think they're going to pass on the chance for the GOP to remake the judiciary in their image just beaus they may be moderate or hate the President.
They'll confirm them because they're republicans, not Trump loyalists.
Trump has already gotten 12 judges confirmed this year, Obama only got 3 in his first year for reference.

Every vote matters at this level. You can try to down play it because of your political leanings, but the truth is the truth.
