No. They're not toying with Trump. He has them pretty flummoxed at the moment. Now, Biden... Biden, they were toying with. Not a single one of our supposed allies, nor any other world leader had an ounce of actual respect for Biden. He was like old Grandpa from "Death at a Funeral" who kept shitting himself and needing his arse wiped.
