I doubt Biden would've been in on it to be honest unless he's the one who spearheaded it, which would seem unlikely due to needing plausible deniability. I think it's more likely that the deep state had to take him out when Trump survived the shooting. They had no other choice than to eliminate Biden as a candidate when Trump survived.

I usually think you're a jackass - and still do to an extent - but I've been with you 95% of the way to these conspiracy theories. I don't agree that there was a water tower shooter but I do 100% believe that there are too many coincidences for this to have been a failure. The only way this was a failure is if this was an intentional failure.
