His party is against many things which keep Louisiana afloat. Most notably use of fossil fuels. We have a pro fossil fuel economy. That alone is enough to vote a Republican into office.

My post wasn’t defensive at all. It was aggressive and accusatory in nature.

He raises taxes above and beyond what is required
He has fostered a business climate that is either neutral to downright hostile to business owners by revoking tax breaks or kicking the tax break decisions to groups such as schools boards who never will vote to extend or offer tax breaks
He expanded Medicare to an outrageous spending level knowing that down the road the state will foot the bill for all of it
The state economy he presided over is the only state out of 50 that did not see job numbers grow but rather saw them decrease
For these reasons I will not vote for him

A governor is suppose to help/want the state to prosper. We are dead last in many things. Does that sound like someone who needs another term? Tell that to your friends and see if they can defend that

man I don't even live in Louisiana anymore. still have my address there and was gonna go back and vote for Rispone.. but with they way some conservatives have acted in here I might not do it anymore. I'll just keep to my own in a thriving state like texas.

In the last four years, Louisiana had 75,000 people move out of Louisiana and that number will likely top 100,000 when the year is out.
No Louisiana Governor has ever had outmigration numbers that bad. Not even the horrendous Bobby Jindal. JBE owns that.
Under JBE, he charges us seven billion more dollars for the same shite government we had under Jindal with absolutely no improvement in services and infrastructure while our car insurance rates remain sky high and he encourages lawsuits against the largest private employer in Louisiana oil and gas and that discourages them from building and investing in Louisiana.
JBE is a failed Governor. Do your duty and vote to remove him from office.
