I see three fallacies in your screed:
Never happened. He banned travel from 7 countries that had not met certain vetting criteria. Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, among others with large Muslim populations, were never on the list. Chad, Iraq, and Sudan, majority Muslim nations all, have been taken off the list.
By almost any objective standard, Trump has lost a billion dollars in net worth in the 3.5 years he's been President. Anything he makes post-Presidency will go to "making him whole".
It's far more likely to happen when Biden loses than if Trump loses. Remember, the Biden supporters are the same ones who loudly and bitterly protested when Felonia von Pantsuit was denied her coronation in 2016. Antifa ring a bell?

I understand your dislike for the man. I was a Ted Cruz guy all the way. Having said that Trump has far exceeded my expectations.
In retrospect, Trump has negotiated huge contracts involving millions of dollars affecting the livelihood of thousands of quality employees. You screw up in the negotiated part of contracts (or agreements) you can really mess things up royally (think Barack Obama and his pallets of cash to the Iranians). IMO folks accustomed to negotiating big big contracts (or even small ones for that matter) are some really tough folks.
After I retired from working for a Fortune 500 company (not by choice) I decided to go into business for myself. Nothing fancy. I had to work with sub-contractors, I had to shop around and negotiate agreements for pricing on materials and labor. I had to make a profit. What I learned from that wonderful and exciting (albeit) short career? I learned you had better be on your toes ALL THE TIME. Like you'd better bring your "A" game to the competition always.....and anytime. Depending on industry fluxuations, determined by supply and demand, profit margins can vary quite a bit, at least in the business I was in.
So my change as it applies to support for Donald Trump is rooted in his "never give up" tenacious attitude in negoiating for America and her workers. He delivers, and exceeds expectations. America First (and always) I say. Plus Donald Trump always brings his "A" game to the negoiating table. I like that.
I'll be voting for Donald Trump in November.

quote:What happened? I mean the police chatted with these guys and cleared them into the building, what was so intimidating about that?
What is it about a bunch of people showing up to government buildings with rifles that screams "peaceful" to you?
quote:Who? You mean the people that are already infringing on your constitutional rights?
You know that the intent was to intimidate.
quote:Because it is your point that somehow they were terrifying not mine.
Why can't you just say it?

I see three fallacies in your screed:
quote:Oh I know, there's always an out to justify any action.

So naive.

It's far more likely to happen when Biden loses than if Trump loses.
Violent action in response to a Trump loss is a regular topic of conversation around here. It is simply accepted as fact that Trump cannot lose a fair election, so if he were to lose it would be evidence of foul play.
Conservatives are already showing up to government buildings with rifles and bullet proof vests. Open your eyes.

quote:What happened and is happening is you either don't recognize or don't care that we are normalizing the act of involving weapons in scenarios where people disagree on things. This is fascism taking hold.
What happened? I mean the police chatted with these guys and cleared them into the building, what was so intimidating about that?
quote:I didn't say they were terrifying. I said their intent was to intimidate. This is so painfully obvious, but you just can't bring yourself to admit it.
Because it is your point that somehow they were terrifying not mine.

No.

quote:It's not the rights, you dolt. It's the actions. It's how you exercise the rights. Trump even said the governor should "make a deal" with them. How can you support this shite? How do you not see what's happening? Elected officials are now expected to make deals with whoever shows up toting guns?
My rights and your rights are fascism taking hold, do you even fricking listen to your own words?
quote:The police weren't the target of the intimidation.
That's your opinion. The police that checked them into the building were so terrified they chatted with them.

It's how you exercise the rights.

quote:So, in your mind, people showing up to a protest, armed, with the obvious intent to intimidate, is on the same level as one of the intimidated people responding with armed guards as a response?
Yes Captain Terrified.
You're perfectly fine with the political process involving weapons? If so, this goes to show how far down the fascist hole we've gone.

Does this include the most watched news station that does nothing but bootlick Trump 24/7? Seems like that'd be included in main stream, being the most watched and all.
If you are referring to FOX, and I assume you are, then you don't watch FOX News at all. Everything about your statement if false.
Do better.

You are 100% bought into it.
