IMO, not surprising. He had to work for everything he got in a challenging, brutal profession.

This. While I did not have to endure what he has, I have endured coming from nothing to getting pretty good and then doing not so well and having to start over.
Now I am back and may never be OT rich but am comfortable with great career, benefits and building retirement.
I would never vote for some leftist who wants to take from the producers and give to the leeches. Never.

This. Neither of my parents went to college and I came out of a NICU as a preemie. Anybody who has had to struggle to get through school or a career change, career re-start or whatever is compassionate to people who are trying to achieve and are struggling.
But a lot of folks now are like: I'm not getting up at 5 or 6 to go stock some shelves, mop floors or work at Circle K....
Why not? I had to do it. A lot of us had to do it in our late teens and early 20s while in school.

U seem triggered by my opinion because it doesn’t align with urs about potus rolling out his black friends 2 weeks before midterms when he has done all he can to try and erase black accomplishments and celebs like Evander are just being used as props to say oh I have black friends. I don’t care if Evander is conservative or not but he seems to not keep up with things his so called friend is doing to minorities or he just doesn’t care, too many hits to the head can cause that.
