You sound mad bro...chillax....
The SC will strike down any total muslim ban as a violation of the 1A. A religious test is not something the constitution ever has allowed.
Thanks for proving my point right. For real MAGA's sake Trump needs to step down after the midterms and let Vance take over and run 28 as an incumbent.

They never have read their Constitution nor taken a basic civics class. I'm not a left-winger at all. I just hate lumpenpopulist a micrometer more than I hate progressives.

Ban people from terrorist supporting countries.
Problem solved.

I'm not mad, but your reading comprehension sucks. Since Trump is delving into this area, I was intrigued by the HYPOTHETICAL of Trump trying to impose a permanent ban.
Capisce?

This is the way.
BTW, Trumps ban that passed muster was exactly based on this. The most populous Muslim country, Indonesia, was not on the ban now was one of the most conservative Muslim countries, Saudi Arabia.
The real sad part is that the left framed it as "Muslim Ban" and the OP now seems to think that is what is needed. Too many on the right are like moths to a flame. It almost feels like a chunk of the MAGAF base would rather lose and be victims than win.

Islam isn't just a religion... it is a political ideology of subjugation masquerading as religion- ignoring that is at your/our own peril.

No, you need to read the Constitution.
We are not required to extend constitutional rights to people WANTING to come to America.
Quote me the part covering foreigners.

The 1A is written in terms of restrictions on government action.
It's not written in terms of "extending constitutional rights" to parties.
This is why the 1A starts with:
quote:
Congress shall make no law

Trumps going to end up pushing so many away who would support him or the GOP and end up giving the next several elections to the far left.
Brother of another mother, wake up man. You are dreaming.

Idiots like SFP have watched the decline and virtual fall of Europe over the past 20 years, but apparently they are either blind to it or simply don't care.
Not surprising, since he's been on here nonstop acting as an apologist for these Somali miscreants.

We'll see. I think moderates are souring on him enough to cost the next election and maybe the big one after that.
Trumps a boomer...he's not going to change. What he doesn't see is that most folks are like 70%+ in agreement with him but dislike the 20-30% of stuff enough to pull support.
When the right were on the outside and DEI fascism was in full bloom most of these folks held their nose and voted for him.
Elections now are decided on 5-10% swings. The base of both sides is blind to this but the party in power is the one that pays for being blind.

Supreme Court would kick the can down the road like they did with the birthright citizenship issue. No one wants to tackle that.
No one has a backbone to do the right thing. We are doomed.

He issued a “travel ban” whatever that actually meant in practice…
