Hypothetical: Democrats Take back Power

Let’s say after 2020, the Democrats control the WH and Congress. Given the radical left bend we have seen in the last 4 years, what can we REASONSBLY expect to be the Democrat Agenda before the 2022 midterms?

Open borders will be number 1 priority. Fill the country with no skilled 3rd world immigrants reliant on government to generate new Democrat voters.

It’s a little frightening. The minute Republicans do something that loses support among the masses (like the Iraq War) and the pendulum shifts away, the radicalization of the Democratic Party is going to change this nation for the worse
It’s a big reason I think the two party system needs to die. When you only have two options and one of them has a pronounced lunatic fringe, you are asking for problems.

NPR did a report this morning about how much Democrats are pushing for more gun control on their ads this midterm.
Something like going from 20% to 65% of ads mention gun control compared to last election.
So I'd say gun control would certainly be on their agenda.

confiscation of wealth, after all it was gained during an illegitimate presidency. Also open borders to come, but close borders of moving any wealth out before it is revenge taxed

the party of revisionist history..... Probably wipe any republican president (mainly Trump) from any existance. Reverse, end, erase any policy, executive order, anything he did while in office. No matter if it actually helped the country, made it better, or worse. They are going to go in dry, hard, and deep.

Spoiler alert: Both sides have lunatic fringes that are only getting louder. Once upon a time our ideologies were supposed to balance each other out into a medium we could all live with. Now it's hyperpartisan politics for sport and nobody wins in the long run.

It's too valuable as a recurring campaigning point for them to push it too hard. They use it again and again through the media and ads to gain edges in elections.
Plus, you know gun lobbyists are greasing Dem palms to back off as much as they are funneling money to GOP officials to support them.

I think it is very reasonable to expect that they go full court press on the 1st and 2nd amendment and start putting Republicans in prison.

I think they will roll back anything tariff related. They will seek amnesty for all current illegals and likely institute a far easier pathway to citizenship (effectively open borders to secure Texas, Arizona and Florida as blue states). That’ll actually be priority #1.
I think we will see amazing censorship of the internet relative to right wing views (hate speech). I think we will see federal criminal penalties for hate speech.
Of course, higher taxes, particularly on those that earn over six figures.
Internationally, we will see a rise in radical Islam.
