re: Husband of US Army Soldier killed in combat detained and deported

Some articles say he was arrested at home. Others say he was driving to work. All seem to agree that the arrest involved a team in tactical gear.
I am laughingly envisioning a Roger Stone raid to arrest a welder who missed a routine hearing.

You don’t know why it is more than semantics.
quote:
You blamed the court for sending a summons (or a warrant as you called it) t the wrong address. You were ignorant as to whom had the obligation to keep proper addresses and contact information updated. Again. You don’t know what you don’t know.
I never blamed anyone or anything. You are incredibly assumptious. All I said was I do not know and neither do you.
quote:
Res Ipsa. Do you know how the summons procedure in immigration court works? You claim you aren’t ignorant. Please explain how the process works. Then explain how it is you think it is unreasonable to assume the address wasn’t updated.
How about you explain how the procedure works since you claim to be an attorney who has represented clinets on immigrarion cases. Do you know he never gave the court an updated address? Do you?
quote:
You are again confusing criminal with administrative, and showing your ignorance of the immigration procedures.
This is a bunch of jargon. Explain how this can't happen in an immigration procedure.
quote:
And there it is. This is wha it is really about. You are a bigot and thought this article would be a good way to spread your bigotry. Proving my point that you are just the type of useful ignorant idiot cnn was hoping for.
How am I bigoted? What tf are you talking about? A good way to spread my bigotry? Lmfaoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oh my goodness I posted it on here to see what this board's opinion of it was, nothing more. Great job making an arse out of yourself tho.

He was deported to Phoenix?
That level of insignificant news that's solely meant to inflame, is probably CNN.

Was he detained? Yes Was he deported? Yes Did he get back in,? Yes, but only after the media got the story.
No discussion of his criminal record? Okie dokie.
Keep on keeping on. Push that bullshite, bud.

How so? Do explain. Where is my lack of understanding and how is this a fake story? Oh wait you won't actually answer that because you don't have a argument.
This story is almost as fake as your outrage.

No it's not. Nothing I said is drawing a conclusion to anything. It's just stating the facts of what happened.
Yep, headlines are never misleading from the actual story.

The media is dishonest as hell. We had one of these cases in my parts, some guy who supposedly "taught" a "science" class (never employed anywhere, paper never really explained), was caught by ICE and suddenly became a "scientist". Dude lived in America illegally for 25 years, had kids, was supposedly a "scientist", had family members that had legally obtained citizenship, but the poor soul was just swept up in an ICE raid thanks to Orange Man. The press is a gdam joke,.

Huh?
Pretend I was involved in a news story and the headline was:
"I am dan killed 3 people last night"
But in the story it explains they were armed and broke into my house and was attempting to kidnap my child.
How does that headline make me look? Headlines shouldn't convey a bias, but of course they're written that way to do just that when you want them to.
I don't care very much about this story one way or another. I'm sure the guy that got deported probably caused this himself. Hate his wife died protecting the country, but that what happens sometimes.

I meant your title.
Quick questions:
What was his citizenship status? He came here illegally. Married a US citizen? Where's his green card? Why didn't he apply for citizenship after 3 years?
Why did custody of the child go to the grandparents back in 2010? Why didn't he get custody?
There's some strange details in this story. I'm bored of it anyway.

The setting of your comment doesn’t change your misuse of basic terms. It shows your ignorance. You asked what made you ignorant. I provided that.
quote:
How about you explain how the procedure works since you claim to be an attorney who has represented clinets on immigrarion cases.
An individual subject to a removal proceeding or otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of the court has the duty to notice THE COURT of any changes to their address or contact information. This is pretty basic stuff. Again, you prove your ignorance.
quote:
This is a bunch of jargon. Explain how this can't happen in an immigration procedure.
Ummmm. There aren’t parole officers in an immigration proceeding. Seriously...how many more examples of your ignorance are you going to provide us?

Is that what you think happened here? Classic liberal projection.

You're required to update your address on your DL when you move. You can do it online. Any more excuses?

I get what you're saying but my headline was already 11 words and I didn't even think it was going to fit on the board. I was going to put "was later released in Phoenix" in the title but I thought that forsure was too long of a title to appear whole on the board.

It shows that I didn't care what terms I used because the premise was the same. You didn't prove ignorance, but I'll conceed. You "boom lawyered" me.

How do you know he didn't do that. Again this shows you avoiding directly answering the question.

Ummmmmmmmmm that wasn't in reference to the specific example I gave. How many more times are you going to misconstrue something I said to fit your narrative?
quote:
Google “bigot.”
I did. I'm tolerant of your viewpoint. I am merely challenging it. I didn't start the namecalling you did.

You called me a bigot because I don't agree with your viewpoint. That's making an arse out of yourself. I'm about as liberal as Ron Paul.
