As a result, Carranza did not show up to court and a judge ordered him deported.

Government's fault, amirite?

After sending the notice to the wrong address. How would you feel if you got arrested for not showing up to a court on a warrant you were never notified about?

Read the article. He was taken to Mexico. They later brought him back to the US.

If it's a warrant or supeona, you are served. Im not under the impression that they would just drop a letter in the mail.

Reminder this guy is 22/23 and doesn't know the difference between a signing bonus and regular compensation.

Since his wife died in the service of the United States, you would think he would be more respectful of our laws.

Jose Gonzalez Carranza was arrested by ICE agents at his home in Phoenix on April 8 and was taken to Nogales, Mexico, on the border two days later, his lawyer, Ezequiel Hernandez, told CNN on Monday. Carranza was brought back to Phoenix and released Monday

Yeah, if I knew I had a pending immigration case, I would probably keep my address with the court up to date... But I suppose you think the government is responsible...
