It is, but no immunity from other prosecutions as originally agreed.
In a way this is good. But in a way this is bad because "we cannot comment on on-going investigations."
It will not, however, prevent Congress from conducting paralell investigation / subpoeas / impeachmet inquiry that is a actual investigation.

The judge asked if other issues are still under investigation, and was told “yes.” Her response was concern about a “piecemeal” resolution.

Judge still has to sign off on this shite sandwich. And they seemed to question a lot of it before the “resolution.”

Don't do it Republicans. Scrap the entire deal and get him and his blithering idiot - dad on more charges.

Ultimately, so long as he's still vulnerable to the FARA/money laundering/corruption stuff, IDGAF about the drug/gun charges, but it's important for everyone to understand that if you or I lied on a FFA, we'd likely face the full 12 year sentence.
Well, I'd probably get more, because I'm a MAGA extremist who's on more federal watchlists than even I suspect.

Merrick Garland will get that judge straightened out. Also, key the SWAT team for a Trump arrest.

New DJT indictments are absolutely on deck. Wouldn't surprise me if we hear from Jack Smith before the end of the week.

All 3 of my dogs know it was Hunter's coke. Even the one that is dumb as a sack of rocks, we love her anyway, but man she is not smart at all!

Once confirmed that no immunity would be granted (which was probably the point of this ridiculous deal all along), Hunters shady arse lawyers callled off the deal.
The commie lawyers can't get the broad, blanket immunity for all of Hunters crimes are now mad
Well, they will now have to defend him multiple times in front of a DC jury.
Hunters odds of innocence just multiplied exponentially.

She should have him submit (immediately, there in court) to a blood and hair tests. If no drugs are found, allow the drug and gun charges to be covered. If drugs are found, the plea covers only the taxes.

IOW, covers a small number of charges and can’t be used to cover ANYTHING not already charged.

The FARA stuff directly leads back to Joe, so I say bring it on.

That's bad news. Sounds like the Repubs cucked again.

Not necessarily. Besides, this is a DA-driven decision, not a party-based one like the worthless sacks in Congress.
Leaving Hunter open to continued investigation and getting hammered on the FARA/Corruption stuff is where it's at.
