To be fair, this is his first ever conviction and was a victimless crime. I would imagine the judge sentences him to 1 year behind bars - suspended, with 5 years probation, $50,000 fine and 400 hours community service.
However, if he doesn’t plea to his tax fraud trial…he will get jail then
Also, wonder if the judge did not announce a sentencing date, because she’s waiting to see what happens to Trump first…knowing the NY Judge is corrupt and could give Trump a harsher sentence as payback for what she might give Hunter
