Remember when Ron Paul wanted to bring the troops home and was called an "isolationist" by republicans?? Yeah, I remember that too.

Johnson was a Texas Dem. DFW is home to many of the largest defense contractors including Lockheed and Raytheon. Oh and he took over for a dead president who did not listen to his military "elders". Well he did once with the Bay of Pigs and look how that worked out.

Eisenhower Warned is in 1959 about the rise of permanent war.
He was right.

What is scary now for me is some of the Generals I served under and I respected are all part of this. The True war fighters that cared about the troops got out under Clinton. The next generation became back stabbing politicians that care not one bit for the welfare of their troops but rather lining their pockets.

McMaster is just another product of the “Plunger Effect” at the Pentagon. When shitty Generals surround themselves with like thinking people and promote their careers and move up, then someone finally cleans out the pipes of the blockage. These tag along debris still remains, that is McMasters. He is a product of the Petraeus and McKrystal who were products of Powell and Zinni. It never ends.

So, the Top Generals and Admirals of the USA are in favor of endless and permanent deployment of our ground forces to war zones.

This is immoral, IMHO.

20 fricking years in Afghanistan and an untold amount of our tax dollars spent and not a goddamn thing to show for it.

Those stone age frickers simply can't be helped

These "Top US Military Leaders" need to review their study notes on this important topic. I think that they have forgotten a few things.

Trump seems so unwise that he now appears to be the smartest man in the room.

To be fair, hanging around with these clowns reminds you of the saying about the one-eyed man and the blind.
