The network is probably laying the groundwork to attack DeSantis, after all this propping him up to counter Trump is over.
It is Medicare Fraud not Medicaid. If there is anyone to the blame for not catching it, it would be Trump since the fraud started while he was president. It wasn’t just in Florida, this was occurring in other states where this company was getting other DME providers involved in the scheme. See my other post.

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND a word you are saying
I need to make a recording of that - had to use it twice yesterday afternoon.
I've gotten into the habit of just dialing 0 as soon as the 'stand by for instructions - our layout has changed - if you are an existing customer . . . dial 1 - if you are blah blah - .... - ..." crap comes on - that sometimes defaults to 'an agent'
if it doesn't work -

you cultists just don't get it - we are only influenced by the tag = DEMOCRAT = because there are NO GOOD DEMOCRATs left above the state level at any function - they are ALL either totally complicit in the corruption or they are so invested in their position that they have sacrificed their integrity to protect their bosses. NOT ONE. Machin tries to be 'unbiased' when he is allowed to.
On the other hand, the GOP is riddled with similar corruption - but it is NOT universal - and all we can do is try to dodge the pot holes strewn by the GOPe imposters.
Saying - 'yea but there are some bad republicans' is just expelling unneeded CO2 - you need to pay more attention of your excess destruction of the climate.

The reduction in waste and fraud from Obamacare should kick in any day now!

Many years ago I worked for someone who managed LTC facilities and also owned a wholesale pharmacy. He found a loophole in Medicare's case mix index reimbursement for geriatric water and other nebulizer type treatments. Essentially he used filtered tap water "compounded" with simple sodium within his wholesale pharmacy and was able to claim that as reimbursement. Essentially he turned a penny into $10 a pop times hundreds of residents a day. And this was a "legal loophole," can't even imagine what a non loophole scam would look like.

Hospitals cannot bill for crutches unless they are a DME provider. Also, your statement most likely means they covered that cost, but it’s not the actual amount they paid. Insurance companies mislead patients with that.

How many of these are being run by Rick Scott?

They should transfer all of the the 80,000 new IRS agents to the Medicare fraud investigation unit

Government programs are the perfect vehicles for fraud. Byzantine rules and bureaucracies only inhibit honest people, criminals will always find the weaknesses in the system. And the system isn't capable of finding or fixing those weaknesses.
The only way to end the fraud is to end the programs.

Saw my insurance bill and they paid the Hospital $800 for a pair of crutches, that cost $40 bucks at Walmart. The whole thing is a scam!
My mom was an RN from 60's through late 80's.....she told me if you have insurance you pay $10 for a dose of Tylenol because four other patients showed up at the hospital ER without insurance.....your insurance pays for those who can't pay.

more likely = those who know they don't have to pay.
I am sure that most of the waste/corruption happens just because it is a FEATURE of those who designed it - so they will ALWAYS have a ready-made campaign slogan = "they want to take away your health care!!!!!"
the "they" is always whoever is opposed to the latest DEMCORAT spend-thrift scheme.
