It's pretty simple. If you can't help yourself from causing trouble, don't bring or operate anything that can cause deadly force to a supposed peaceful protest of legal federal law enforcement.

I mean, I think that level of deference to the judgement of law enforcement is a bit ridiculous. We can and should hold these people, who can legally take life, to a high standard. They could have handled that situation in a way that did not lead to that man’s death.

Nope. No kneepads. I simply don’t interact with law enforcement because I don’t break the law. And if cops ever do try to screw with me, I’m not going to try to run over them or fight with them. I’m simply going to find a good lawyer and sue their asses. You might have noticed that there’s no shortage of lawyers out there.

You guessed wrong. Pedos and criminals can GTFO. Im not for people who have been here 20 years, working and paying into the system, with no criminal record being deported. If you are, then do you. We disagree on that. I’m also not in favor of US citizens being detained based on how they look, or being shot because they protest against their government.

ICE is also detaining immigrants (and citizens) without criminal records (someone coming to the US for a better life and living and working here isn’t a crime worth enforcing in my book).
That is what people are protesting about. Saying they are protesting locking up pedos is disingenuous and inflammatory. If you have evidence that every arrest has been of a pedo, please provide.
The gentleman that was shot was not in their way either. The ICE officer crossed the street, then shoved a woman, who he was then helping up. That does not constitute “impeding” and even if it did, a summary execution of the man is intolerable especially given that he was being retrained by half a dozen officers, was legally carrying, and I’ve seen no evidence that he reached for his weapon. If we’re ok with people getting shot simply because an officer sees a gun, we’re in a bad place.
