how many schools would need to get shot up before you would consider a gun ban?

for example, a law banning AR-15s. like the one used in Florida, or the Bushmaster XM-15 used in Sandy Hook, or the TEC-9 used in Columbine, or the DDM4s and FN-15s used in Vegas.
what if 100 schools were shot up everyday, would you agree to a new law then?
i just want to know where the line starts.
what about 10 schools a day?
is 1 enough? thats only 20 kids or so. would it take more than that?
what if it was 1 school in the parish or county where your kids go to school everyday? does it literally have to be your kid in the cross-hairs before you reconsider?
i mean, there has to be a number somewhere, right? so what is it, how bad does it have to get before something is more important than your love of guns?

Since 2015, 1400 people have been murdered in Chicago, mostly by illegal guns. Wake me up when OP is calling for stop and frisk and more police presence in bad areas.

A shotgun would be devastating in a school shooting. What about chaining the doors shut and burning it down? What about a car through the pick up line?

What's your solution to stop someone hell bent on getting a gun illegally even if all guns were banned?
After all, without a physical wall on our southern border, gun traffickers can get into the USA from Mexico as easily as illegal aliens.
