It confounds me how a guy can be so racist and cheer a team with so many black players.
This comment is exactly what’s wrong with America. It’s quite possible to recognize ghetto culture, which is made up of predominantly black people, as the biggest dredge on society in this country and also realize that the majority of black people don’t fall into the ghetto culture category. The black demographic accounts for the highest percentage of violent crime. It’s a fact. It isn’t a racist statement. I carry a pistol in my truck mainly for when I have to drive through the more ghetto parts of town. I can say that and still cheer for the lsu football team. You are simply looking for ways to label people as racists. It’s what you were indoctrinated to do.

Lastly, what do you think the Founding Fathers intended when they wrote the Constitution?
I think they lived in very different times and at very different scale.
I don't think we should ban guns, and limiting magazine sizes just seems like pissing in the wind. more likely to offend the enthusiast than to bring real change.
I also think we have the right to protect ourselves with firearms and enjoy our recreational activities with them.
With that said the part about well regulated militia doesn't seem to living up to currently.

Funny how all the whackadoodles that do these mass shootings have leaned heavily to the left!
That's the thing about laws though. you don't make them for the responsible people.

True. And this is the type of thinking your government wants you to have. See, on the surface, red flag laws and other minor tweaks to gun laws seem harmless. What could possibly be negative about somebody’s name getting flagged for suspicious activity? I mean, if you don’t have anything to hide, it shouldn’t affect you, right? This is about as much thought as 90% of people will put into this issue. But the problem is, you have to consider who is determining what is considered suspicious activity. Is it that far fetched to think that your government would flag you for liking a conservative Facebook page? Or for texting your buddy that you voted for Trump or Desantis? Or for sharing concern over vaccine or mask mandates? Maybe you think that’s far fetched, maybe you don’t. But in this scenario the aggressors are the ones writing the rule books and if you give them an inch you’d be foolish not to expect them to take a mile.

I support fewer gun restrictions.

This illegitimate regime has already labeled all America First patriots and even parents that don't want schools to teach their kids to hate white people or about gay sex as domestic terrorists. Anyone that thinks it is far-fetched that the government would use political ideology to remove your rights is not paying attention.

I definitely support a change from the status quo as the status quo isn't working.

Hell, no. We need more law following Americans with guns and training.
I do support voluntary training paid for by states - if states pass it. Screw anything else the feds do.
Paid range time and safety training, if you want it.
Also, if teachers want to conceal carry, give them a weapon if they don't have one, along with intensive training.

This is how the Democrats long game ends once they disarm the citizens.
