There's a large portion of the population who argues that the president's determination under the aliens enemies act or the designation of a foreign terrorist organization cannot be reviewed who are now arguing that these similar actions by a prior president are not only unlawful, but are somehow criminal.
The irony is that the same population ignoring the details purposefully will start start parsing into the details to try to distinguish the examples I gave above.
It's just a lot of intellectual dishonesty and NPC behavior based on partisanship and group thinking. You can even see it by the people who are trying to spin me as some big proponent of Russia gate. When I was always a skeptic and attacked those theories. They can't conceptualize how a person can be objective and focused on the truth in both situations because that is not based on group dynamic
