What is the argument for striking it down?
Traditionally, gerrymandering is struck down when racially motivated.
I'd love for it to be struck down. But political classes are not protected classes.
I know nothing about Virginia. So im hopeful you all know something that I dont

Basically said “vote yes here if you’d like to live in a fair and just world.”

That is how every ballot is worded.
They rarely portray the real issue.

they didn't follow Virginia law before putting it on the ballot.

I have not seen him say that but have no reason to doubt you.
He didn’t say it. I’m just trolling his arrogant arse.
He did, however, compare it to shite that makes it on the ballot in Louisiana.
In other words, that makes it okay according to him.

They broke three rules/laws in having the vote. The language, length of days before vote, and something else I forget. Black and white legally they should be struck down no qt

Did you see the line up of the VaSC?
The dems aren't sweating it. Bunch of DEI and figs.

Let's not get over confident about it. The case is still in court.
I agree. My opinion on this is that this cake was already baked BEFORE it even goes to court. That whole process was a sham from the get go and did not follow Virginia constitutional law. When I say the cake was already baked, i'm saying that the Dems had already consulted with their operatives and knew this would go to the Va Supreme Court and they already knew the Va. Supreme Court would not strike it down. Why spend all that money and time on an issue if you're not confident of the outcome? Yes, I believe the fix is in. Hope I'm wrong. We'll see.

Va. Supreme Court IMHO will not strike down the New Law, because it is New Law, which I have talked about before, and the Va. Supreme Court was conquered by the Left years ago, for the purpose of preparing the way for exactly this kind of Leftist Revolutionary initiative.
It does not matter one bit that "Oral Argument" seems like the judges will strike it down - the actual court ruling IMHO will be exactly the opposite and will uphold the New Law.
This Leftist program has been on-going since about 1965. We are just now really beginning to see just how wildly successful it has been.
You can't really believe that ONE GUY, even POTUS Trump, can stop it. It's going to take a lengthy and very successful MAGA Movement to take back the USA, and, franky, I don't believe that the American people can do it.

They will be pissed but the fact is the way the question on the ballot was asked is insanely appalling it was ever allowed in the first place
A ballot question of "do you want a fair election?" Is wildly open an vague. Wtf are the Rs in that state doing anyway? Sitting on their thumbs?

They just ruled against the Dems to remove the stay in order to certify the election.
This indicates the ruling against the gerrymander is at least strongly in play.
