Worrying that rural western NC wouldn't get the assistance needed to be able to vote in typical numbers? Mentioning that I don't care for his spending and being cowed into signing continuing resolutions? Doing a bit of thinking for myself?
You were always trying to pass yourself off as a trump voter, but your actions fell more in line with liberals.

Pete is the one cabinet pick I scratch my head at. Just don’t get it and he has a lot of baggage and issues. And IMO he’s not qualified.
This is the correct statement. I hope he does better than I’m expecting.
Also, you can always tell the low IQ posters when they start with the name calling. For some reason they think it’s effective, but it really just helps us know exactly who they are.

Why did you select a username that is also the name of an app for gay guys to meet up and bang?

The smart plan would be a short term, say spring/summer 2026 exit. Clean house of the woke crowd, declare victory and leave. Spend the last 2 years of the trump term on TV and or making $ than run for office. Can’t say I’m a fan of this pick but he would make a good governor of MN in 2030, might not be the best state to launch a political career though

I don’t get it either. AIDS treatment has been amazing for you people.

Trump is not a DC Deep State politician and he did pretty well. Why would Hegseth be different? Really , it’s about a body in position to do the dirty work firing of cleaning out the DEI/Woke ideologues and MIC profiteers. Albeit time will tell. Hegseth always carried out his orders and will do so again.

I joined TD in 2007.
It’s easy to click and see that.
I had the screen name first. Not planning to change it, but I’m not a coward or intimidated unlike some of you.

I would give your opinion some weight if, and only if, you acknowledge that Austin was the worst SECDEF in the history of our country. It’s not even particularly close. He has weakened the American military more than any one person ever has.

AUSTIN was the worst Secretary of Defense in the history of our country. And it’s not even close.
But I would hope Austin is not the level of the bar moving forward. Pete will definitely do a better job than Austin, but I still don’t think he’s the right choice.

Riddle me this since you’re clearly a liberal democrat…
What qualified JFK to be president at the age of 43?
