The difference is that people believe Talarico wants to pass legislation to help them.

People don’t believe Paxton wants to pass legislation that will help them. He doesn’t have that track record, and he hasn’t spoken much about it.

Policy issues:

-Prescription drug costs lowered
-Medicare expansion
-Child Tax Credit expansion
-Repealing tariffs
-Support public education vs private
school vouchers
-raising wages
-comprehensive immigration reform (with securing the border)
-repeal policies that hurt Texas farmers (oppose Argentina beef buyout)

Then those people are dumb. I’m sorry. The immigration reform excuse alone is insanity.

Nearly everything you posted is a complete fantasy and you’re a fool if you believe them:

Immigration reform? Amnesty is really what you are saying, there was no border security under Biden and he is left of Biden.
Wage growth? Sounds great but other than arbitrarily raising the minimum wage is ineffective and the Democrat party is diametrically opposed to big business. Essentially they will hire back fired government workers, nothing more.
More Medicaid spending will further balloon the deficit as will more spending on education.
It’s the same tired ideas from the Democrats, increased immigration and increased spending. You are a complete fool. Those ideas don’t work and never have

It's because they deliberately over-polled people who are enthusiastic about Talarico. Doesn't mean Talarico is ahead or that those people are even going to vote for him.

None of your fantasy list is what the current Democrats are pushing. Everything this is Socialism/Communism/Racism/Trannies. That's it. That is all you guys have. Take a look at what your party pushes.

Hell even if Soyboy was everything you said, the national party dictates policy and he will vote how they tell him. And that is exactly why no decent person should ever vote Democrat. Because you will end up with trannies in the bathroom and illegals in your cities.

Describe in detail what policies Telerico supports, that other Democrats also support, which will help other Americans. I don’t mean your feelings or imaginary policies that will never pass

What reason is there to vote for Paxton other than “is Republican”

So your answer is whataboutism?

Basically by doing so, you are saying "I give up". You realize that correct?

It doesn’t take much brainpower to understand that a Democrat in Texas is not the same thing as a democrat in New York.

And you’re probably right, Talarico is at odds with some on the far left of the party. We disagree on whether Senste votes are controlled centrally.

For the record, it’s a win win for me. I’ll enjoy Reddit melting if Paxton wins and I’ll enjoy here melting if Talarico does.

The end I don’t really care, I probably won’t vote or throw my vote away on a libertarian but Paxton is scumbag so I won’t shed any tears when he loses

I love it when an ideologue is either naive or dishonest enough to believe a national political party has different ideologies based upon location.

Are you naive

Dishonest
