Could have just left Ruth’s dead corpse in her seat and she would have done the same thing as Amy Coney Barrett and the rest of the USSC justices.

I used to feel like ACB wasn’t a person who would sit on the sidelines during a stolen election.... man I was fricking wrong.

To date thus far, she's the same, a useless SC acronym, sans the pro abortion part.

Dominican for Dominion..you all must be so proud.

Years later, ACB will write about and give lectures on the virtue of her inaction as crucial to the independent role of the judiciary and the dims will just:

as she reflects welcoming the four additional Marxist junior supreme court associate justices appointed between 2021-22.

This is why I am ready to move on from Trump. He sucked at hiring people, appointing people, and endorsing people. Even still today, he endorses shitty candidates. Trump is fun when he is poking left-tards in the eye, but isn't good for much else.

I didn't nominate her. I didn't have a vote whether or not to confirm her. What's it got to do with me?

I'm going to give her a little more run time before I pass judgment. I don't think her decision was wrong on the second vote about Pennsylvania. It really isn't supposed to be up to the courts to decide. I think the time was before the election and she wasn't available for that.

Aren't you a big Desantis guy? By all accounts Desantis likely wouldn't have been the GOP nominee (much less governor) but for Trump's endorsement during the FL Republican primary.

I'm a fan of Desantis myself, but credit where credit's due....

One disappointment after another = I feel as if we are in "idiocracy" land with no hope of outsides landing to nudge us back to reality.

She's a disappointment.

However, I think she has time to correct her recent mistakes.

I'd honestly give her one year before passing judgement. Good or had.

Kavanaugh has been awful.

Well who will stroll in and make better appointments given the people to choose from?

True, but this endorsement doesn’t make his statement on hires / endorsements / nominations false. How did sessions work out? Or his revolving door within his admin...

He's struck out on some, and he's nailed it on others. Doesn't seem too out of line with how it works in general, but sure I would acknowledge that Trump's stats are skewed a bit more toward missing than connecting. However that's absolutely got to be considered in proper context. Proper context in this case being that no previous President has been dealt a shittier hand as far as a more thin pool of people to choose from to begin with. And looks were deceiving on some people because early on cancel culture and the ever looming threat of being investigated for something, anything, negatively influenced many of these individuals in a significant way. Trump struggled to find cooperation and trust, and that wasn't really his fault in many cases.

I’ve raised the thought before... I don’t know if RBG would have gone along with the fraud. She was liberal, sure, but I think she had principles and a spine.

She is a big, big mistake. I have said it all along. Going to regret this one big time. She is what happens when the GOPe choose the nominee.

Should have selected Bill Pryor.

I think Trump relied on those around him to select his judicial nominees, and they selected those candidates who were most likely to pass the Senate. They should have selected the most conservative, and told Dems to try and stop them. We all know how cowardly the swamp is when it comes to fighting the Democrats.

People here supported her just cause she was from Louisiana even though she's not from Louisiana she's from New Orleans.

I love how "conservatives" on this board are so quick to blame Trump because they think ACB is not living up to what they though she should be and do.

First, think about that. I thought conservatives on this board wanted SCJ's to no legislate from the bench? You all sound like you are just pissed because she isn't doing what "you" want. You sound like the liberals now.

Anyway, moving on. Blaming Trump because Kav and ACB didn't overturn the election? Calling her a failure and likening her to Ginsberg and saying Trump failed again. ALL of you were calling for her to be the nominee and were circle jerking as she killed the confirmation hearing. You all failed more than Trump did. He gave you what you wanted and if you believe she is a failure they may be yall don't know as much as you think.

This is the part of conservative that I loath. Maybe, just Maybe SHE know more than you. Maybe, just Maybe Kav know more than you.

Maybe it was the old bait and switch and they pretended to be Constatutionalists but they are really socialists and not it's coming out. but for Christs sake stop sky screaming like a bunch of liberals.
