There is truth and validity to this argument.
However, that has nothing to do with the issue in reality. These states don't want to cooperate because they either know or fear that something will be uncovered.
This isn't a court of law. There is no innocent until proven guilty. In these situations, it should be assumed that these states are covering up illegal voting activity.

So far 20 States have declined. Including socialist, fraud infested places like Kentucky, Indiana, Arkansas, and Ohio.

You do realize there is so much more info in the financials trump released when he ran than his tax returns, right? You did know those financial disclosures existed, right? Kobach asked them to send him voter roll information, including DOBs and partial SSNs, via email. EMAIL.
Any secretary of state of either party that doesn't tell him to jump in a lake should be voted against.
