I honestly haven't heard a single word in defense of Biden or his administration in real life except for on here.
Not one.
A lot of people are just tired of politics in general and don't want to talk about it now that Trump isn't the butt of their jokes and the one they can blame everything on, but some others I work with were making comments and unusually jolly from about November 4th through November 6th. NOT A WORD since then.
I know the southern Democrats I work with (who happen to be black guys) aren't proud of his admin so far and lost every bit of that sort of jolly gloating they had for a couple days. Now they just don't talk about it like it doesn't exist...
I think they thought things would legitimately change for the better for them, and realize now that it's all a bunch of bullshite. He hasn't done a damn thing to help the average people like them, or really to help ANY American.

I havnt heard anything. But what would they talk about? All they hear is positive weird crap on the media they use about him. Mario with grandkids, and then stories of getting rid of trump supporters. The media is not criticizing him so why would they? On social media I saw one voter for biden say hes so happy he doesnt have to watch the news anymore and explain to his England friends why we have a "monster" running our country anymore. It was a fad to watch CNN and be part of the echo chamber. Now its not cool to hate on a president. Just former ones. Baaaa.

Retired military guy I work with (fairly high ranking) from a blue state made a wisecrack on a conference call the afternoon of the inauguration basically saying “well we’ve inaugurated the new president and the world is still turning” and then laughed. Haven’t heard him make any comments since.
