I honestly think she's just bad at media.
She def stirred the pot on this when she could have just given a simple nonanswer like, "We can't commit on an ongoing investigation".

Two weeks ago there was a wide issuing of a statement by Bondi Kash etc.
Prior to issuing that statement they could have gone through the process to unseal the grand jury testimony.
Hell. They could have even said in that memo that they are in the process of unsealing it. They didnt.
In fact they state the exact opposite and that they would not undergo the process for the unsealing of any evidence.
This is reactionary.
