Mike Johnson is spouting opinions contrary to his own.

It's one thing to do something you don't agree with, for the the supposed good of the country.

Mike Johnson is eagerly doing it (giddily even), and claiming it was his belief all along, despite voting against it multiple times as a congressman.

I don't see how you can see that as a "leader" just making tough choices.
