Sigh

We’ve been over this. Probably a local political party office or something similar to that.

When you use the same downloaded PDF, that tends to happen.

One poster addressed that issue above. Issue-oriented organizations? Party-oriented organizations? Does it really matter? Everyone acknowledges that there is a central source of identical signs.

The issue under discussion is the ridiculous assertion that George Soros is paying all the protesters for their presence.

I never once mentioned soros.

My issue is with the claim that all of this is organic grass roots protesting and the media feeds that narrative to shape the message that they are the “good” side.

Soros has been mentioned several times on this thread. It is not "all about you." (jk)

I don't think any sane person sees the whole thing as being totally "organic." Sure, most of the posters actually believe in what they are doing, but is there any real doubt that someone is organizing them? No.

I'll say it for the 10,000th time.

Y'all put too much value on the media.

That’s great advice if the LCD’s of this country weren’t influenced by a biased media

The media are whores that are influenced by clicks and viewership (read: money). We, as a society, drive what the media pushes, mostly controversy and outrage, because that is what we (society) wants.

Basically the media just gives us what we (society) want.

I've argued this point forever. It's why I think blaming everything on the media is such low hanging fruit.
