How Do Protestors Around The US Have Uniform Signs/Slogans Within Minutes Of An “Issue”?

When gorsuch was announced as the SC Nominee, protests immediately kicked off with printed identical signs in cities across the country
When the news of child separation at the border came out, the same thing happened
I have no doubt the same will happen with the new justice.
How is this happening? Seems rather weird to me.
It’s like these people are trained to protest and it’s definitely not grass root efforts

I've seen the bit a few times.
But as an example of the last one I remember, Conan O'Brien had a clip of newcasters across the country saying pretty much the same thing, often with identical phrasing.
You know a newsacaster in Council Bluffs says exactly the same thing as one in Dayton, word for word.
