Religion aside, look at the history of the nations that have turned their backs on Israel, afterwards, whom were once allies. That in itself is worth researching for those who haven’t.

Replacement theology is a demonic distortion of God's plan for Israel. The existence of modern day Israel is a miracle, and that they've not only won all their wars against the Arab hordes since their founding but have also prospered in the face of all the hatred against them is amazing. How people like yourself can't see God's protective hand over them is nothing more than spiritual blindness.
Satan hates everything God loves. God loves the Jewish people, hasn't forgotten them (read Romans 9 through 11) and has a redemptive plan for them. So all the anti Jewish sentiment we see with Jerusalem a heavy stone to all the nations (Zech 12:3) is nothing more than prophecy fulfilled. Jesus was a Jew which is one of the reasons Satan hates them so much. The Book of Revelation says King Jesus will rule one day from His throne in Jerusalem with Israel preeminent above all the nations.
You should listen to your mother.

We have many allies in the region. Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Saudis, Kuwait, Egypt… and more. Qatar iirc has our biggest base in the middle east.
You don’t think AIPAC money has influenced US politics to a fault? People here truly believe Israel is our only real partner in the region. We have great relations with many nations and I hope we continue to grow and support them. Everyone is fighting against terror.

The nation state of Israel was created by the British in the early 1900s. Gods plan has very little to do with it.

I question all of our partners and allies. That is what being America First means. No one is above questioning as everyone wants the world from us.
Aggies are closing their Qatar campus which is the right thing to do. Many others should put values before $$$.
I am just not blind on Israel like you appear to be. You never answered on AIPAC, just flipped the script in a deflection by asking about Qatar. It's fine as the conversation has run it's course, but you should prob be more critical of a nation that heavily influences our politicians, even at the state level when you look at anti-boycott clauses (Texas for example).
