. That’s absolutely the trend. There needs to be a bill saying that unless Congress puts in legislation, these EOs expire with the president.

Didnt the SCOTUS just recently rule that one EO couldnt wipe out a previous EO?

I mean theres the answer. Republicans just have to challenge it.
